A two-day workshop was successfully completed with this group of humble and experienced leaders, such a fun learning experience. We focused on co-creating a management culture in this organization. We used the PRISM Leadership Styles to explore the managers' leadership style preferences and their team's needs, and created their own Leadership Development Map. Looking at their own maps, knowing their needs, practising the skills in class with learning buddies and having fun was not just how they spent the two days, they actually worked hard to create company ground rules and action plans for themselves.
