A 2-day workshop walked through the leadership concepts and communication skills for Supervisor level, for an advance group of Senior Managers to coach and support their team back in their workplace. We have developed a learning journey with series of leadership styles and management skills for managers and supervisors in 2015. They take training very serious because they understand that this is not about learning a skill, it is about building up a culture - a common language they all use in the organisation.
Now they have a common language from supervisor level to senior manager level in the organisation to lead, to communicate, to delegate, to report, to coach, to mediate and to resolve customers' complaint, with a main focus on developing people. I'm very proud of being part of this journey and seeing the team success in this organisation.
