I feel grateful and honored to be part of the process in this organizational development program. Change is never easy, and leading an organization to change for a better future is even more challenging. Today we celebrate the achievement on our first milestone - Launch of the New Management Direction. There could be different questions, ideas, excitement or concerns from the team as change always brings to us, but we are very sure that we shall listen to the team, cherish their contributions, and move forward together as a TEAM.
