We had two groups of very humble and experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders this time. The program was designed to equip all the Supervisors and Assistant Managers with the right tools to manage their teams effectively, creating a "one management language" in the organization. We have been delivering this program, as part of their learning journey, for years and again we had so much fun in these two fantastic groups!
