We had two groups of very humble and experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders this time. The program was designed to equip all the Supervisors and Assistant Managers with the right tools to manage their teams effectively, creating a 'one management language' in the organization. We have been delivering this program as part of their learning journey for years, and once again, we had so much fun with these two fantastic groups!
The most important takeaway for the team is their understanding of the organization's vision and how they translate it into their daily operations and actions, guiding the team toward its goals. This includes their abilities to listen, coach, delegate, and manage conflicts. This establishment of a unified management language serves as the cornerstone of the culture we are cultivating within this organization.
