This is a milestone for our organization! We've completed the Development Needs Analysis, brought the team together for ideas in a Management Workshop, designed a series of people and culture development programs, and now we're ready to take action.
Today, we launch the Learning Journey for Managers and Supervisors at Lord Stow's Bakery. We've shared with the team the changes we plan to make in the organization and how we'll achieve these goals. It will require a lot of hard work, risk-taking, struggles, failures, love, courage, understanding, and more... but most importantly, teamwork. As Frederick Douglass once said, 'If there is no struggle, there is no progress'.
Such an incredible experience, and I'm so proud to be part of this process. Congratulations on taking the first big step!
