This is a milestone for this organization! We have completed the Development Needs Analysis, putting the team together for ideas in a Management Workshop, designed a series of training program, and now we are ready to take actions.
Today we launch the Learning Journey for Manangers and Supervisors in Lord Stow's Bakery. We have shared with the team what we are going to change in the organization, and how we are going to achieve these goals required a lot of hard work, risk, struggles, failures, love, courage, understanding, and more.... but most importantly, TEAM WORK. I quote from Frederick Donglass "If there is no struggle, there is no progress".
