We had a big class today! The focus of this program was to co-create a management culture in this organization. In this two-day workshop, we used the PRISM Leadership Styles to explore the managers' leadership style preferences and their team's needs, and created their own Leadership Development Map. During the workshop, they looked at their own maps, identified their needs, practiced the skills in class with learning buddies and created company ground rules and their own action plans.
