Two groups of managers joining this program in May 2016. Although this was a skill-building workshop for supervisors, these managers learned these skills so that they could coach their teams at workplace. We talked a lot about leaders and how they influenced us. These participants have been working in this organisation for over 10 to 25 years, they are very loyal to this organisation because of their leader, and I can totally feel that from the stories and drawings they shared in the class. You are such an amazing team.
