On Day 2 of this program, it was a skill practice day focusing on Effective Communication. The class was grouped in pairs and practiced how to listen, ask questions, paraphrase and summarize. They practiced both individual and team communication skills. Each participant had a skill assessment form on hands when they practiced the learned skills, so that they knew about their strength and development areas. Reviewing the "Skill Set Wheel" they did on Day 1, the class had a clearer idea on their own skills development as well as their team preferences on communication styles. It was a busy day, yet they gained a set of very practical and useful communication skills. Well done Team!
