This was the last Post-Training Workshop for this group of Managers and Directors. After the 3-day Management Development Program completed, this was a half-day workshop for the group to review and share their learned tools application at workplace in a 6-12 weeks of time. This group did a very good job on the skill teach back session. Also, in the storytelling activity, they each picked and shared a word to describe their own leadership journey and goal. It was really inspiring and interesting about their stories. Finally, we provided each participants an Appreciation Card for them to appreciate someone who helped them succeed in their team or in their leadership journey.
It was such a pleasure and honour to work with this group. Congratulations to their team, well done everyone!
