On this last session of Find Your Compass workshop, we worked on "Strategy and Implementation". We put together a plan on how to get to where we want to go. We also shared tips and practiced on how we coach ourselves and others as we continued on this journey. We will follow up with our coaching buddy and will get together next month for an unpdate.
IT IS POSSIBLE to get off that train of uninspired work existence -- we can be in the driver's seat of our own lives. We have the ability to create our own journeys. First, we need to take a pause and take stock of YOU.
